Description
Chocolate covered cherry brownie bombs are rich, decadent treats filled with cherry goodness and coated in chocolate.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup brownie mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup cherry pie filling
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix brownie mix and water in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour half of the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Add spoonfuls of cherry pie filling on top.
- Cover with the remaining brownie mix.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool and cut into bite-sized squares.
- Melt chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave.
- Dip each brownie square in chocolate and let set on parchment paper.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Best consumed within a week.
- You can use fresh cherries instead of pie filling.
