- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Sea salt for sprinkling (optional)
Instructions
- Remove pits from the dates.
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each date into the melted chocolate.
- Place dates on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator until chocolate hardens.
