Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix until combined.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
- Form balls of dough and roll in powdered sugar.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
