A rich and creamy chocolate fudge truffle cheesecake.
Ingrédients

- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
- Fold in chocolate fudge sauce and mini chocolate chips.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use a water bath for even baking.
- Top with additional fudge sauce before serving.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
