Ingrédients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
  6. Fold in chocolate fudge sauce and mini chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set.
  9. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
