Description

Instructions

  3. Whisk the egg yolks with sugar until pale.
  4. Add the melted chocolate and vanilla to the yolk mixture.
  5. Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
  7. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold into the mixture.
  8. Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and chill for at least 2 hours.
