Delicious chocolate peanut butter banana bread.

- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the bananas.
- Add peanut butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Stir in baking soda and salt.
- Add flour and mix until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Make sure bananas are very ripe for best flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- This bread freezes well.
