  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  3. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
  5. Stir in boiling water until well combined.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the bundt pan.
  7. Add dollops of peanut butter, then pour the remaining batter over it.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
