Description
Easy chocolate peanut butter no bake cookies.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and butter.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Once boiling, cook for 1 minute without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
- Add rolled oats and mix well.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper.
- Let cookies cool and set for about 30 minutes.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- Use quick oats for a different texture.
- Try adding chocolate chips for extra sweetness.
