Delicious chocolate peanut butter swirl cookies.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter.
- Add egg and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Swirl peanut butter into the dough.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
