- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the peanut butter and chocolate chips.
- Fill muffin liners with the batter, swirling in extra peanut butter if desired.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store muffins in an airtight container.
- Best enjoyed fresh, but can be frozen for later.
