Ingrédients

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the peanut butter and chocolate chips.
  6. Fill muffin liners with the batter, swirling in extra peanut butter if desired.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.
