Ingrédients

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Heat cream in a saucepan until simmering.
- Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate.
- Stir until chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Add raspberries and vanilla extract, mix well.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.
- Scoop mixture and roll into balls.
- Roll truffles in cocoa powder and powdered sugar.
- Chill until ready to serve.
