A simple and rich chocolate sorbet recipe that is easy to make and delicious.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate, chopped
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water and sugar over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Add cocoa powder and whisk until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and dark chocolate until melted.
- Let mixture cool to room temperature.
- Pour into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer sorbet to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use high-quality dark chocolate.
- Store sorbet in an airtight container in the freezer.
- Allow sorbet to soften for a few minutes before scooping.
