A festive beer perfect for the holiday season.
Ingrédients

- 5 gallons of water
- 8 lbs pale malt
- 1 lb crystal malt
- 1 lb roasted barley
- 2 oz hops
- 1 packet of yeast
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 tsp of nutmeg
- 1 cup of honey
Instructions
- Heat water in a large pot.
- Add pale malt and crystal malt, stir well.
- Heat the mixture to 155°F for 30 minutes.
- Remove grains and bring to a boil.
- Add hops and boil for 60 minutes.
- Add sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and honey during the last 15 minutes of boiling.
- Cool the mixture quickly and transfer to a fermentation vessel.
- Add yeast and seal the vessel.
- Ferment for 2 weeks at room temperature.
- Bottle the beer and let it carbonate for another week.
