A festive Christmas bento box filled with seasonal treats.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/4 cup carrots, julienned
- 1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup edamame
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 sheet nori, cut into shapes
Instructions
- Prepare the rice and let it cool.
- Shred the cooked chicken and season with soy sauce.
- Arrange the rice in the bento box as the base.
- Place the chicken on top of the rice.
- Add carrots, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and edamame around the chicken.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.
- Use nori shapes to decorate the bento box.

- Feel free to add other vegetables you like.
- Use leftovers for a quick meal.
