Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add cheese, ham, spinach, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the egg mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the mixture into the skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, omit ham.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
