Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add bread cubes, cheese, sausage, bell peppers, and onions to the egg mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until set and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
