- 12 large eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Red and green bell peppers, finely chopped, for garnish

Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in ice water and peel them.
- Cut the eggs in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with chopped bell peppers and parsley.
- Chill before serving.
