- 1 whole turkey (12–14 lbs)
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups cranberry sauce
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 2 cups green bean casserole
- 1 pumpkin pie
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the turkey by cleaning and seasoning it.
- Stuff the turkey with the stuffing mix.
- Rub the turkey with butter and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Bake for 3-4 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Prepare mashed potatoes and green bean casserole while the turkey is cooking.
- Serve the turkey with cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, and green beans.
- Finish the meal with pumpkin pie for dessert.

- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
