Ingrédients
- Chocolate cake: 200g
- Dark chocolate mousse: 300g
- Raspberry puree: 150g
- Vanilla cream: 250g
- Fresh raspberries: 100g
- Pistachios: 50g
- Gelatin sheets: 3
Instructions
- Prepare the chocolate cake and let it cool.
- Soak gelatin sheets in cold water.
- Prepare dark chocolate mousse and fold in whipped cream.
- Spread raspberry puree on the cooled cake.
- Layer dark chocolate mousse over the raspberry puree.
- Chill until set.
- Prepare vanilla cream and spread on top.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries and crushed pistachios.
- Chill for a few hours before serving.
