Ingrédients

  • Raspberry puree: 150g
  • Vanilla cream: 250g
  • Fresh raspberries: 100g
  • Pistachios: 50g
  • Gelatin sheets: 3

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chocolate cake and let it cool.
  2. Soak gelatin sheets in cold water.
  3. Prepare dark chocolate mousse and fold in whipped cream.
  4. Spread raspberry puree on the cooled cake.
  5. Layer dark chocolate mousse over the raspberry puree.
  6. Chill until set.
  7. Prepare vanilla cream and spread on top.
  8. Garnish with fresh raspberries and crushed pistachios.
  9. Chill for a few hours before serving.
