Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add cheese, bell peppers, onions, and sausage to the egg mixture.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the mixture for 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Cut the French bread into cubes and sprinkle on top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
