A festive and hearty Christmas Eve brunch to celebrate the holiday season.
Ingrédients

- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 loaf of French bread
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add cheese, bell peppers, onions, and sausage to the egg mixture.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the mixture for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Cut the French bread into cubes and sprinkle on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
