Ingrédients

- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 package of mini phyllo pastry cups
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, bacon, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture into each phyllo pastry cup.
- Place cups on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Can substitute bacon with sautéed mushrooms for a vegetarian option.
- Make ahead and freeze before baking for convenience.
- Garnish with additional green onions for presentation.
