Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, bacon, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spoon the mixture into each phyllo pastry cup.
  4. Place cups on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
