  • Black olives
  • Coarse sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  6. Flatten the dough on a baking sheet and create dimples with your fingers.
  7. Decorate with cherry tomatoes, olives, and rosemary.
  8. Sprinkle coarse salt on top.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let cool before slicing and serving.
