Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, combine warm water, honey, and olive oil.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  6. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  7. Shape the dough into a rectangle and place it on a baking sheet.
  8. Press your fingers into the dough to make dimples.
  9. Top with rosemary, tomatoes, and olives.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
