A festive focaccia bread decorated with seasonal toppings.
Ingrédients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 ½ cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Cherry tomatoes
- Rosemary sprigs
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and yeast.
- Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet.
- Press cherry tomatoes and rosemary into the dough.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Best served warm.
- Can be topped with other seasonal vegetables.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
