A colorful and festive salad perfect for Christmas celebrations.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup green grapes, halved
- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all the fruits.
- In a small bowl, mix honey and lime juice.
- Pour the honey-lime mixture over the fruit.
- Add chopped mint and gently toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use seasonal fruits for best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Can be made a day in advance.
