A festive and delicious Christmas ham recipe that is perfect for holiday gatherings.

- 1 whole ham (10–12 lbs)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, mustard, apple cider vinegar, cloves, and cinnamon.
- Rub the mixture all over the ham.
- Place the ham in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Bake for 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes for caramelization.
- Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Choose a bone-in ham for better flavor.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
- Serve with your favorite side dishes.
