  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
  3. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, mustard, apple cider vinegar, cloves, and cinnamon.
  4. Rub the mixture all over the ham.
  5. Place the ham in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes for caramelization.
  8. Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
