- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar.
- Stir in vanilla and peppermint extracts.
- Mix in crushed candy canes, chocolate chips, and nuts.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
- Churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Scoop and serve with extra crushed candy canes on top.
