A festive jelly perfect for Christmas celebrations.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups of mixed berries
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 packet of fruit pectin
- 1 cup of water
Instructions
- Wash the berries and mash them in a bowl.
- In a pot, combine the mashed berries, water, and lemon juice.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
- Add the sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Add the fruit pectin and boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and pour into sterilized jars.
- Seal jars and let them cool at room temperature.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen berries.
- Adjust sugar according to your taste.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.
