A festive lasagna perfect for Christmas gatherings.
Ingrédients

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and Italian sausage until browned.
- Add marinara sauce to the meat and stir to combine.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of meat sauce in a baking dish.
- Add a layer of noodles, then a layer of the ricotta mixture, followed by mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with meat sauce and mozzarella on top.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Let the lasagna sit for better slicing.
- You can add vegetables for more flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
