  3. Sift in flour and cocoa powder, fold gently.
  4. Pour batter into a lined baking tray, bake for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Let it cool, then roll into a log shape.
  6. Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla.
  7. Unroll the cake, spread cream, and roll again.
  8. Decorate with chocolate shavings.
