Description
A traditional Christmas log cake made with chocolate sponge and creamy filling.
Ingrédients

- 100g sugar

- 20g cocoa powder
- 200ml heavy cream
- 50g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Chocolate shavings for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy.
- Sift in flour and cocoa powder, fold gently.
- Pour batter into a lined baking tray, bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let it cool, then roll into a log shape.
- Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Unroll the cake, spread cream, and roll again.
- Decorate with chocolate shavings.
