Instructions
- Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water in a saucepan.
- Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- Bring to a boil, then cook until it reaches 300°F (hard crack stage).
- Remove from heat and add flavoring and food coloring.
- Quickly pour mixture into lollipop molds.
- Insert lollipop sticks and let cool completely.
- Remove from molds and package for gifting.
