Ingrédients
- Turkey – 1 whole (12-15 lbs)
- Stuffing – 2 cups
- Potatoes – 5 lbs
- Green beans – 1 lb
- Cranberry sauce – 2 cups
- Gravy – 2 cups
- Pumpkin pie – 1
- Eggnog – 1 quart
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the turkey by seasoning it and stuffing it with the stuffing mixture.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Roast the turkey for about 3 hours, removing the foil in the last hour.
- Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash them with butter and milk.
- Steam the green beans until bright green and tender.
- Serve the turkey with stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, and cranberry sauce.
- Finish the meal with pumpkin pie and eggnog.

- Let the turkey rest for 30 minutes before carving.
