Ingrédients

  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 1 cup of beef broth
  • 1 cup of red wine

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rub the beef roast with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the garlic and rosemary on top of the roast.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the roast on all sides.
  5. Transfer the roast to a baking dish and pour the beef broth and red wine around it.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  8. Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
