- 1 whole turkey (12–14 lbs)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 ham (8-10 lbs)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Prepare the turkey by seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Stuff the turkey with stuffing mix.
- Place turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth over it.
- Roast turkey for about 3-4 hours, basting occasionally.
- For the ham, mix brown sugar, honey, mustard, and cloves.
- Apply the glaze over the ham.
- Bake ham for 1.5-2 hours.
- Let both meats rest before carving.
- Serve with cranberry sauce.
