Ingrédients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
  2. In a clean bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
  4. Mix in vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of meringue onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 1 hour or until dry and crisp.
  8. Turn off the oven and let cookies cool inside for 1 hour.
