Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Layer bread slices in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle diced vegetables and meat over the bread.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread and vegetables.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the egg is set.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
