Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer the bread cubes, sausage, and cheese.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the layers in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden.
