- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
- Mix the crumbs with the softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips with the vegetable oil.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, covering completely.
- Place the chocolate-covered balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill again until the chocolate sets.
