Ingrédients

- 3 cups rotini pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced

- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup mozzarella balls

- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, bell peppers, mozzarella, olives, and basil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
