  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

  • Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. In a clean bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add granulated sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
  4. Mix in vanilla, vinegar, and cornstarch until smooth.
  5. Spread the meringue onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let it cool inside.
  7. Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  8. Once the meringue is cool, top it with whipped cream and mixed berries.
