- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix dried fruits, sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust.
- Cover with another crust or create a lattice top.
- Brush the top with egg wash.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
