- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup red and green candy sprinkles
Instructions
- Pop the popcorn kernels and place in a large bowl.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and butter over medium heat. Stir until it boils.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
- Pour the sugar mixture over the popcorn and mix well.
- Add mini marshmallows and candy sprinkles. Stir until evenly distributed.
- Grease your hands and form the mixture into balls.
- Let them cool and harden before serving.
