A festive and refreshing alcoholic Christmas punch.


Ingrédients

  • 1 bottle of red wine (750ml)
  • 1 cup of brandy
  • 2 cups of cranberry juice
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1/2 cup of simple syrup
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 cup of fresh cranberries
  • 2 cups of soda water

Instructions

  1. In a large punch bowl, combine red wine, brandy, cranberry juice, orange juice, and simple syrup.
  2. Add the sliced orange and lemon, and fresh cranberries.
  3. Stir well to mix all ingredients.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  5. Before serving, add soda water for fizz.
  6. Serve over ice in glasses.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup.
  • Feel free to add other fruits like pineapple or apple.
  • This punch can be made a day in advance, just add soda right before serving.
