A delicious Christmas quiche filled with seasonal flavors.

- 1 pie crust
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
- 1 cup cooked spinach
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and cream.
- Add cheese, spinach, ham, onions, salt, pepper, and nutmeg to the egg mixture.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use any cheese you prefer.
- You can add other vegetables if desired.
- This quiche can be served warm or cold.
