Ingrédients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
  • 1 cup cooked spinach
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and cream.
  4. Add cheese, spinach, ham, onions, salt, pepper, and nutmeg to the egg mixture.
  5. Pour the filling into the pie crust.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
