Instructions

- Stuff the turkey with the mixture.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour chicken broth into the pan.
- Roast for 2 to 2.5 hours, basting occasionally.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 75°C (165°F).
- Let the turkey rest before carving and serving.
