- 100g milk chocolate
- 150g mini marshmallows
- 100g mixed nuts, chopped
- 50g dried cranberries
- 50g icing sugar
Instructions
- Line a square baking tin with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark and milk chocolate together in a bowl over simmering water.
- Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows, nuts, and cranberries.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Once set, dust with icing sugar and cut into squares.
