A festive roll cake filled with cream and decorated for Christmas.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Red and green sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a jelly roll pan and line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar until thick and pale.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the egg mixture.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Invert onto a clean kitchen towel dusted with powdered sugar.
- Spread whipped cream over the cake and roll it tightly.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Decorate with sprinkles before serving.

- Ensure the cake is completely cool before rolling.
- Use fresh cream for better taste.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
