Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a jelly roll pan and line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar until thick and pale.
  4. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to the egg mixture.
  7. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  10. Invert onto a clean kitchen towel dusted with powdered sugar.
  11. Spread whipped cream over the cake and roll it tightly.
  12. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  13. Decorate with sprinkles before serving.
