Ingrédients

  • 1 bottle of red wine (750ml)
  • 1 cup of brandy
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1/2 cup of cranberry juice
  • 1/4 cup of simple syrup
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 cup of fresh cranberries
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Club soda, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine red wine, brandy, orange juice, cranberry juice, and simple syrup in a large pitcher.
  2. Add orange slices, apple, cranberries, and the cinnamon stick.
  3. Stir gently to mix all ingredients.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill and allow flavors to meld.
  5. Before serving, add club soda for a fizzy touch.
  6. Serve over ice in glasses.

Notes

  • You can adjust sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup.
  • For a non-alcoholic version, use grape juice instead of wine and brandy.
