Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, carrots, and green beans.
  3. Add olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and stir in walnuts and cranberries.
  7. Serve warm.
