  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, water, and sourdough starter in a bowl.
  2. Add salt, cranberries, nuts, and cinnamon.
  3. Knead the dough for 10 minutes.
  4. Let it rise for 4 hours, folding every hour.
  5. Shape the dough and place it in a proofing basket.
  6. Let it rise for another 2 hours.
  7. Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F).
  8. Bake for 30 minutes with steam.
  9. Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
